Hi, I’m Phoebe!

I’m an Indianapolis born and raised artist who deeply values the creative process and the beautifully diverse community surrounding it. My hope is to cultivate community, celebrate beauty, and foster a sense of belonging in an increasingly individualistic and isolated world.

I’ve always felt I was created to create, and believe firmly that everyone is creative [Imago Dei.] I’ve loved creating since childhood, and found myself in every art-based class I could: ceramics, linocut, creative writing, painting, art history, choir, speech, and graphic design. Time spent in the corporate world taught me to be bilingual (y no me refiero solo al español), leaving me with proficiency in both vision and execution. I found that the art world was the best space for my seemingly endless ideas to come out and my passion and enthusiasm to be celebrated, but I also learned that my duality allowed me to help other take their creative ideas to the finish line!

On any given day, I’m adventuring around Indianapolis, watercolor painting at Eagle Creek, sketching in my favorite coffee shops, and setting up my sticker vending machines at Indy’s up and coming businesses. Most of the time though, you can find me with an iced honey lavender latte in my happy place: creating in my home studio.
