You’ll receive an email confirmation when your monthly keepsake is on the way. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date before each billing cycle.

You can cancel or update your subscription anytime through your account portal, or send us an email and we’ll help.

Subscriptions renew monthly. Orders placed or renewed after the 10th will be included in the following month’s mailing. Mailings ship mid-to-late month.
